My name is Veronica Simpson. Ill call the store when they open tomorrow to get the order no. All I have is the warrant sku 1829****, the JPP is 042260****7060****, ***I need the corporate office email or mailing address. In late February 2022, about over a week ago, my ring went down the toilet at work. All the time I had it, this happens.Im just now contacting you because I just got back in town. I spoke w a lady on the phone & I was hung up on saying my warranty wont cover it. She was so rude & didnt hear me out. I called back & no one answered, the next time someone answered, when I said my name, the phone hung up again. I was so frustrated & I was on the way to the doctor when this happened. So you know I could not focus afterwards.
*** This is the ring My husband Earl Simpson, purchased/upgraded for me on 08/04/2012. I have a copy of the warranty still, which makes no sense to purchase & times like this scenario, I cant get a replaced ring. I would even be ok with half the amount only if a replica ring or similar can be matched & same size at least. I have further information on this ring if requested.
**Its very sentimental to me & I was so horrified when I went to the ladies rm, & when I turned around to pull my scrubs up, the ring in my pocket was apparently on the edge & flipped into the toilet. ***The worse part is that our toilets at work are auto flush or as soon as you move away from the sensor.**
***I spoke with a lady who was no help at all on the phone & she act like it was my fault because I couldnt grab the ring from the toilet before it flushed. I tried like *** to get it. **If it was a regular toil, I would have stuck my hand in there to get it, but the toilet paper liner & tissue pushed it through. Again I would have reached my hand in there to get it but it flushed before I turned all the way around. Ive had this ring a long time & lost it in the house & recovered it back, including in the recliner. I make medicine that goes out all over the U.S. we cant wear jewelry in the sterile cleanroom.
***I spoke with my boss to contact the guy who owns our building. Frank told me the ring is most likely gone in the sewer system & the paper that lines the toilet & tissue carried my ring down fast. It would cost my company way more than $5000 to dig up the toilet & the man hole down in the ground. He also stated they can do all of that & wont find no ring. (I would hate to lose my job costing the company money like that. The amount paid was $3603.82 on 8/4/2012. Thats 360.38 divided in 10 yrs, which is $30.03/month paying for this total. Ive been through some things from 2015-****, including having my work hrs cut 10 hrs down. Ive worked extremely hard as well. Even if I can get a discounted ring the same size, Ill take it.
**our 10 yr wedding Anniversary is coming up on 3/14/2022. I have no ring & will not even get a replacement before our landmark anniversary of 10 yrs.

It was no one else’s fault. How do you figure Gordons should even enter into the situation?
